A postdoctoral training position is available in the laboratory of Jonathan Mosley, in the Department of Internal Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center to translate genetics into clinical and public health settings. Our laboratory has several exciting projects related to applying innovative genomic approaches to identify opportunities to use genetic background to inform clinical and public health decision-making, to identify risk factors and biomarkers of disease, and to identify and reduce heath inequities in vulnerable populations.

Candidates must hold a recent Ph.D. and/or M.D. degree. Experience in genetic epidemiology or population genetics leading to publication in peer-reviewed journals is recommended.
