Nursing Opportunities to Follow your Heart
·The Inpatient Float Pool at UT Southwestern is a high-impact, system-level nursing team that ensures safe, responsive, and flexible staffing across both Clements University Hospital and Zale Lipshy Pavilion. Float Pool RNs and PCTs are cross-trained to support more than 30 inpatient units—including multiple critical care areas, med/surg, oncology, telemetry, progressive care, rehabilitation, and complex specialty services—adapting in real time to fluctuations in census, acuity, and staffing demands.
· More than a coverage model, the Float Pool is a strategic clinical resource that partners with inpatient leadership, Central Staffing, and Hospital Administration to sustain safe care delivery and support hospital-wide operations.
Both day and night positions open. $5,000 sign on bonus for day $10,000 for nights
