Clements Jr. University Hospital and the Texas Behavioral Health Center (TBHC), a state-of-the-art psychiatric hospital operated in partnership with the Texas Health and Human Services Commission that serves as a regional hub for inpatient behavioral health care.

JOB SUMMARY
The Associate Vice President (AVP) of Supply Chain Management is an enterprise executive leader responsible for the strategy, governance, and performance of UT Southwestern’s institution-wide supply chain in support of its clinical, research, and education missions. Operating within one of the nation’s leading academic medical centers, the AVP serves as the executive owner of end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution, ensuring value creation, operational excellence, supply chain resiliency, and regulatory compliance across all missions and sites. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance, with accountability to the Health System Chief Operating Officer, the AVP partners closely with executive, clinical, faculty, and administrative leaders to optimize supply chain capabilities that enable high-quality patient care and research excellence. This role requires a proven enterprise leader with the ability to influence physician-led environments, lead transformation at scale, and deliver measurable outcomes in a complex academic setting.
