JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for assisting 10-12 faculty with all aspects of grant applications, award set-ups, progress reports and post-award close-outs. Occasional support of post-docs and graduate students applying for fellowship awards is also required. This position solely supports all grant related functions in the Microbiology department. Will work closely with the Sr. Financial Analyst in the department to ensure proper use of federal and private awards. Experience with NIH funding, eGrants, and ERA Commons is preferred. This position will require presence on campus at 100% initially with the possibility of limited remote work once full departmental training is completed and rapport is built with faculty.

4 years of experience in business or public administration with emphasis on customer service in financial or contracting position
