100% onsite for training and then will be hybrid 3 days a week in office.
JOB SUMMARY
Works under direction to assist with management of moderately complex administrative and/or business functions of department, division, or unit.
This administrative role supports our Biophysics department and manages all aspects of departmental travel, including preparing travel authorizations, processing expense reimbursements, and resolving related issues. The position is responsible for accurately entering and tracking forms in PeopleSoft and maintaining departmental requisition logs. A key responsibility is to understand what faculty and researchers need, gather the right information from different sources, and organize it clearly so it can be processed correctly through university systems and completed on time. The role also coordinates and facilitates the department’s seminar series by scheduling speakers, managing communications, and overseeing logistics and documentation.
