The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Division of General Internal Medicine (GIM), is seeking a hospice and palliative care physician with a history of working in hospice with an interest and passion in teaching our next generation of hospice and palliative medicine fellows. The individual in this position would join a group of passionate palliative care faculty at UT Southwestern and be the lead educator for the palliative care fellows’ hospice rotation. They will serve as core faculty for the ACGME-accredited Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship Program and as Site Director at The Visiting Nurse Association (VNA), where fellows complete a six-month rotation each year.
Candidate must have a MD or DO equivalent degree and have history of hospice experience.
