JOB SUMMARY
The Data Analyst performs complex data analysis to support clinical, administrative, and operational decision-making, developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, scorecards, and analytical tools using data from multiple systems and sources. This role evaluates data quality, researches new data sources and methodologies, manages standing reports including OR metrics, service line and programmatic dashboards, and prepares data and presentations for executive and quality/performance improvement committees. The Data Analyst collaborates with departments, administrators, and leadership to understand requirements, deliver accurate and timely data products, communicate insights effectively, identify process or system issues, and contribute to continuous improvement while maintaining a high level of customer service and attention to detail.
