UT Southwestern Medical Center, Department of Psychiatry, is seeking an outstanding Psychiatrist committed to providing geriatric psychiatry specialty services to patients at an affiliated county hospital system – Parkland Health and Hospital Systems. This faculty position includes direct patient care, clinical, teaching, and supervision, including time dedicated to the general psychiatry teaching clinic.
Candidates must hold an M.D. or D.O., be able to obtain a Texas Medical License and must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Psychiatry. Fellowship training and/or previous experience/training in Geriatric Psychiatry is strongly preferred. Consideration may be given to applicants seeking less than a full-time schedule. Appointment rank will be commensurate with academic accomplishments and experience.
