Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare related or Education field required. Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum one year required experience in a health-care related environment designing and delivering training curriculum for healthcare systems
- This position requires successful completion of the Epic training certification process
Job Duties
- Performs and deliver education on assigned applications of the Epic EHR to a diverse audience of End Users, including new employees
- Leads instruction and competency for the Super Users and End User, provide tutorial and training, and assist with onboarding and sustainment training
- Assembles training reports, generating status reports, and assess the effectiveness of the training provided to End Users
- Provides Go-Live Support and serve as a training resource across pharmacy services, to include non-EPIC Go-Live support as well
- Provides a high level of customer service while meeting project and presentation deadlines
- Works with various departments/divisions/administrators to develop & understand training and competency of EHR
- Participates in improvement initiatives that will enhance patient satisfaction, organizational growth and net revenue
- Delivers data and reports to Directors and AVP in a detailed oriented and timely manner
- Communicates regularly and effectively with team members and supervisor
- Points out system or process problems when noticed; engages the team in problem solving
- Promotes an image of a high quality organization through expertise and responsiveness
- Performs other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Work requires good organizational skills
- Moderate computer skills, data entry, filing. English (speaking, reading, writing)
- Good general health and stress coping ability
- Moderate physical effort: prolonged standing/walking, occasional lifting/carrying (up to 25 lbs), reaching, bending, crouching, etc.
- OSHA Category III

- Work is performed primarily in office area
