Job Summary
UT Southwestern Medical Center, Department of Surgery, Division of Surgical Oncology is currently recruiting for a research faculty member. Applicant should have completed a postdoctoral degree. Candidate should have experience with research projects and animal models to advance pancreatic research. Successful candidates have scholarly activity that advance clinical medicine. A commitment to basic or clinical research is essential.
Responsibilities include working with both murine and cell models. Expectations will include presentation of data, preparation of data for publication, manuscript writing, and grant writing and submission. Candidate will be expected to supervise students in the laboratory as well as work with and direct staff.
