A postdoctoral training position is available in the laboratory of John Abrams, Ph.D., in the Department of Cell Biology at UT Southwestern Medical Center to study the spatiotemporal regulation of cell death and survival signaling. Our laboratory has several exciting projects that focus on how apoptotic and related signaling pathways are organized across molecular, organellar, and cellular scales.
The laboratory integrates advanced live-cell imaging, biochemical approaches, and cell biology methods, with opportunities to incorporate proteomics and computational analysis.

Candidates must hold a recent Ph.D. and/or M.D. degree. Motivated and productive individual interested in pursuing a career in cell biology and cell death signaling. Candidate should be able to lead projects while contributing to a collaborative lab environment.
