The Center for Human Nutrition within the Department of Internal Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center is seeking an Assistant Professor to establish and maintain an independent, externally funded research program focused on nutrition, metabolism, obesity, liver disease, or related biomedical sciences. The individual will conduct innovative basic and translational research, collaborate with multidisciplinary investigators across UT Southwestern, mentor trainees, contribute to graduate and medical education, publish in peer-reviewed journals, and actively participate in departmental and institutional academic activities.
The Center for Human Nutrition is an internationally recognized research center dedicated to advancing discoveries in metabolic disease, obesity, diabetes, lipid metabolism, and digestive diseases through collaborative research, education, and innovation.
