JOB SUMMARY
Position will serve as a senior-level coordinator within the GME program, providing strategic direction and oversight for the successful administration and coordination of one or more complex accredited/non-accredited residency/fellowship programs at UT Southwestern Medical Center. This position requires a high level of autonomy and expertise, with the GME Coordinator III who will work closely with the Program Director to develop and implement program strategy and collaborate on all aspects of program operations. Position plays a pivotal role as a mentor and trusted resource for GME Program Coordinators I and II, while also driving the development and execution of innovative initiatives and strategic plans to enhance the GME program’s success. This role requires advanced knowledge, skills, and experience in all aspects of GME program administration and the ability to make independent decisions and exercise sound judgment in complex situations.
