JOB SUMMARY
Working under the supervision of the Director of International Affairs (OIA), the Assistant Director coordinates the daily office operations, ensures compliance with regulations, manages staffing, prepares, and manages budget, and provides comprehensive reports. Supervises daily operations of managers, immigration advisors and staff, and oversees office workflows and timelines set by the director. Oversees the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to immigration and the development and oversight of office technology, data, systems, and practices to ensure compliance with federal regulations and reporting requirements.
