JOB SUMMARY
Works under limited direction to provide senior-level leadership and project management expertise for complex space planning, facilities, renovation, and capital initiatives supporting the education and research missions within Academic Affairs. Leads institutional space planning and facilities initiatives with Academic Affairs leadership, Facilities Management, and other institutional stakeholders. Oversees projects from planning and programming through construction, occupancy, and operational transition while ensuring alignment with institutional priorities, strategic growth initiatives, operational needs, and applicable policies and standards. Serves as an advisor and liaison on academic and research space utilization, infrastructure planning, and renovation initiatives across multiple departments and stakeholders.
